•⁠  ⁠Refunds are only accepted if the item is returned unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Exchange is available for different sizes if the requested item is in stock.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery through our instagram DMs. A shipping fee will be charged for any return or exchange, and refunds (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer or wallet after inspection.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

•⁠  ⁠⁠يجب الإبلاغ عن أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام عن طريق التواصل معنا من خلال انستجرام. سيتم فرض رسوم شحن على أي عملية استرجاع أو استبدال، وسيتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد (في حال الموافقة) عبر التحويل البنكي أو المحفظة بعد فحص المنتج.
